Wendy is the littlest babe with a huge personality. She’s a hilarious busy body with a slightly sassy side that’s perfection. Wendy wasted no time warming up to her new friends in her ABR foster home, and needed no time adjusting to the change of scenery. And given what she went through before coming to ABR, she probably was thrilled to have a loving foster family to dote on her and a nice bed to sleep in. Wendy and Peter were both taken from the same horrible situation. Wendy was found alone in an abandoned house with no food, water, or electricity, while her companion Peter was tethered outside. Despite having gone through such a traumatic experience, Wendy is the happiest girl (unless it’s bath time...she’s got things to do!!! No time for baths!!!). Wendy has been gentle and kind to the young kids in her foster home and all of their friends. She’s also had a great time playing with Peter and her other doggy roommate. Wendy would do great in just about any type of home and would be happiest with a family who treats her like the queen she is. She is working on learning polite play and not using her mouth so much when she plays with people, so we'd recommend that if she goes to a home with children, the adults in the home continue to work on this with her.
