We have a mystery to solve, folks: a gorgeous, tri-color, teeny tiny English Bulldog is found in HORRIFIC and heartbreaking condition. The same dog does not know how to dog, and seems to have never known any creature comforts.

We would have assumed that Wemby Lou had made many, many puppies, but she doesn't seem to have had any.
She does seem to have been kept in a crate, and treated like so many breeder mamas... But...
But for us, her past will remain unknown.
Onwards and upwards, and every day now will be her best day!
What we do know is that, despite her unknown past, Wemby Lou is one of the sweetest, most tolerant girlies around.
She is LOVING lapping up the love from her foster mama and is quickly picking up the indoor-dog thing.
She is happy to coexist with her foster siblings and, we think, as she feels better, she is going ot to come out of her shell more and more.
We are excited to see who this little girl will be.
Wemby has a little wonkiness in her back end, so she is a hard no for managing stairs.
