Veda just arrived in her foster home and everyone is already smitten! This silly girl loves belly rubs and pets, and you will stop whatever you're doing to give her some once she looks at you with those big, brown puggy eyes. She seems to love all humans so far, and we've heard that she preferred smaller dogs (or dogs her own size) in a past home. Veda is also great with cats (because those are just small fluffy dogs, duh)!
