Tootsie Roll

Tootsie Roll is one of the happiest dogs ever!  She is always eager to play and is super bouncy and silly.  In fact, when she first arrived at her foster home, she was sooo happy to see there were kiddos and grabbed the nearest toy to play.  Tootsie also settled in quickly with the pack of dogs in her foster family.  She's living with both male and female, big and small, and gets along with everyone.  She's super snuggly and affectionate, too.  If your family is wanting a dog who will be loving and sweet immediately, Tootsie is perfect for you!  In fact, we think she would love to be a part of a social family who has company over often, given how much she enjoys making new friends.  The only thing that doesn't seem to make Toots happy?  Having to walk on a leash when she doesn't want to (so....she's a bulldog...).  She'd probably get the  hang of it, eventually, but may do better learning a potty training routine with her very own backyard.

Tootsie is trying to drop some lbs in her foster home, and we hope her forever family will help her continue on her weightloss journey.  We would also prefer she go to a home without many stairs to traverse since she is a little "fluffy" right now and has very stumpy legs.
