Tiffany came to ABR after living a neglected life without any care for herself. So after getting a taste of the good life, this queen knows what she deserves and isn't going to accept anything less! Tiffany keeps her circle of friends small, and you definitely have to earn her trust. Luckily, she can be won over with tasty snacks or anything squeaky she can fetch and nibble on. It may just take a little bit of time before she is ready for cuddles and snuggles. And really, we think part of the reason is how much pain she's lived with - infected ears, horrible skin, curled under nails and everything in between. Tiff is really starting to get used to touch meaning something calming and soothing, now, which is wonderful to see.
Tiffany arrived at ABR already pregnant, and was an awesome mama! She also found comfort in taking a break from nursing and caring for her brood by snuggling up to her Frenchie foster sister. We think Tiffany would do well with one other dog in the home who would be willing to give her space, at first, as she settles in and decompresses.
