Smokey

Some dogs need space and time to get to know new people and places, and then some dogs are Smokey.  This guy shuffled his stumpy flippers right into his foster home and made himself comfortable immediately.  He loves making new human friends soo much!  Smokey is a young guy who also likes playing with doggy friends.  In fact, we’d love for him to go to a home with another playful dog to pal around with.  And because he’s so darn friendly, we think his goofy self would love to be a part of a family who wants to take him out and about wherever they go.  Smokey does have a cleft lip, but this doesn’t affect his health or the way he eats—just makes him extra special and extra handsome. Lastly, Smokey has lived with young kids in the past, and they stressed him out.  Though he’s fine seeing them while out, we recommend he only live with  kids 10+ in his home, if any
