Shyla is a compact little nugget who loves to pop up in her foster mom's zoom meetings. She's an agreeable and happy gal who is doing really well living with a variety of different dog personalities. Shyla loves sitting in your lap. If you are on the floor or sitting anywhere she can access, expect her to find you and park in your lap! So, if she ends up in a family with other dogs, we hope they are happy to share their humans and pets. Shyla also really enjoys bath time. She especially likes having her fur blow dried and will paw at you if you turn it off and she isn't done with her spa day yet. But Shyla isn't very fond of eye drops and ear cleanings. Her foster has been working diligently on creating positive associations with these activities to help change Shyla's mind about them, and can show you how to keep working on this. Shyla loves everyone she meets, but is pretty intimidated by children, especially any yelling or lots of fast movement. Her forever family should be an adults-only home, even when it comes to visitors, and understand that if they go out and about to the local family-friendly brewery or Sunday market, Miss Shyla is a-ok with holding down the fort at home.
