Loyal Samwise earned his name because he is always by his favorite human's side. If you need him, he's there for you, snuggling up to your side to give you comfort or waving a paw in the air to make you laugh. We were so impressed that even up on first meeting Sam, he instantly trusted his foster family to care for him, bathe him, and take care of his bulldog needs without any hesitation. He's just happy to have someone to love on him. Sam is pretty relaxed throughout most of the day, and tends to spend a lot of his time snoozin' or being a perfectly lazy bulldog in his comfy bed. He does have funny bursts of energy every now and then, which makes you appreciate them even more when they do happen.
