Rocko is a gorgeous, squashy bulldog looking for love and a home full of soft beds, couches, and laps.
He is figuring out how to play with his foster siblings, and he is eager to entertain his humans with his ability to melt like a dropped icecream 🤗
Rocko has suffered a lot of neglect in his life, so he is understandably sensitive to being handled. So, a home without kids will be best for our guy Rocko.
