Pumba is a super friendly, social boy who wants every person he meets to squish and scratch each and every roll. On day 1, he sauntered right into his foster home, immediately ready for love and scratches from his new friends. This is not common for dogs new to ABR, and truly shows what a happy, friendly guy he is! Pumba also doesn’t mind any sort of grooming or necessary bulldog care, since this is just another opportunity for him to get attention. He’s currently living with another dog who is smaller than him and is generally indifferent about that. His fur foster sibling has even been grumbly with him, sometimes, and he just politely walks away. So, Pumba probably won’t be a playmate for another dog, but he’s happy to have a companion. He pretty much naps most of the day, and is a very polite houseguest. But, unsurprisingly, this guy is very motivated by snacks. He’s currently working on being little more patient for delicious treats and not jumping to get what he wants. And since Pumba loves making his people happy, he’s doing a great job! He’s also living with a few kids of varying ages and is super gentle and sweet with them. After all, even little hands are great for pets and scratches!
