Poquito

Poquito came to me off the streets of Austin with obvious signs of neglect. He had a terrible reoccurring skin infection that has since cleared up, he was covered in fleas, and skinny for his size. He already knew the very basic "sit" command so I knew he was smart. He has learned to lay down, shake, speak, and "over there/ go" for when I put away groceries. He is extremely food motivated and loves to please! He has his own spot on the couch in my house and loves when you throw down a blanket for him. He like short walks where he can say Hi to all of his friends. He also is a cuddle bug, and loves to be scratched on the top of his tail. Poquito would love nothing more than to have someone who wants to hang out, whether it's watching movies or taking a quick walk around the park. He is very patient with other dogs and responds well to my cat drawing her very string boundaries on where he is allowed to sniff her.
