To quote her namesake, "What if I told you I feel like I know you? But, we never met." Phoebe made herself at home the moment she landed in foster care; it was like she knew she belonged. After spending what we assume was A LOT of time in a crate, locked away from the other dogs in one of her 'adoptive' homes, Phoebe says no thanks to confinement and, yes, please, to a comfy bed. She'll potty outside and play for the 3 minutes typical of bulldogs. She needs to lose a little weight (same, Phoebe, same), but otherwise, she seems a healthy young girl ready for the life she deserves.
