Percy is a sweet guy who really loves the company of human and dog friends. He spent a lot of his former life in a cage, as a breeding stud, without much human interactions. So now, he's SO EXCITED about having nice people and nice places to nap and nice toys to play with in his ABR foster home. Percy is currently living with another frenchie, and while he isn't much of a playmate, we can tell he's learning a lot about how to be a loved, family dog from his foster brother. He follows him everywhere, and loves to snuggle with him during a nap. Our favorite thing about Percy is how much he enjoys a good, cozy nap cave. The hamper, a pile of clothes, the empty basket you have sitting around the house -- all fair game for Percy to nest in.
Percy is still learning how to deal with all of his BIG FEELINGS when it comes to FINALLY having all the human love he could ever want, and then some. He likes to nibble on his new friends when he's really pumped, so we don't think kids would be a good match for him right now. We would love for his forever family to continue to help Percy learn positive, calm ways to express himself since we know he'll get plenty of love wherever he ends up.
