Penelope came to us from a large city shelter down south, where we think she was mostly overlooked because WOW is she a joy! Penelope isn’t a fan of sharing her humans with other pups because she deserves all the snuggles and treats for herself. She is an absolute, wiggly delight to all she meets, and extremely gentle with kids. As if all this wasn’t enough, Penelope has impeccable house manners and knows how to politely greets strangers. She’s also a little on the tiny side and takes full advantage of that as, declaring herself a lap dog. She’ll return the favor by letting you kiss on her velvety black ears and bear hug her just squishy enough self.
