Opie boy was for sure once someone's beloved pet.
He knows how good it is to live inside, and foster mama says he runs back in as soon as she can after a potty break.
Oh, ya, he IS already potty trained and has made himself right at home with his foster siblings.
He's a little Velcro boy who we would love to see join a family who will love him for all his days, just the way he is.
