Looking at Oakley, you wouldn't think he's bulldog, but he really is! His Frenchie dad and Chihuahua mama had a chance encounter and oops! Out comes a bunch of little Oakley's! But what we love most about this dude is what a nice, happy boy he is. Watching him trot by with his single perky ear, bike flag tail, and front flippers will be the best part of your day. And Oak is a total lapdog -- he loves snuggling any chance he gets. Oakley is a great playmate for other dogs. He takes and gives corrections appropriately, and is generally fabulous with adapting his playstyle to his friend's. He is currently living with another small dog, who is just learning about play with others, and has been an amazing teacher. Oakley has lived with kids in the past, and been lovely with them. He does have some initial nervousness around new people, so if his forever home does have kids, we'd recommend ensuring his family has a plan for when friends come over to make him feel comfortable -- lots of apples and bananas (his favorite!) for new people to give him so he can learn that new friends mean tasty snacks.
