We always say bulldogs are the funniest weirdos, and Newman gets 10s in that category. He's 70lbs of perfect beefcake baby who hides from the rain but loves baths, hates peanut butter but will eat a whole bag of broccoli, and is absolutely insistent on being a lap dog, even if it means just his big blockhead fits in your lap.
Newman has proven to be a cracker-jack babysitter and LOVES hanging with his human sibling. He is smart and motivated to hunt for food (he's like a real dog in the activity department). He's a dream on a leash, and he even recently proved to love the kitty cats in his neighborhood!
We love a self-care king, and this guy LOVES his spa time with his foster mama!
Newman also loves his 'me time' in his crate, especially when it's covered with a blanket to help him get some quality power napping in. Just like the big boi he is, Newman takes plenty of time for himself when he needs some space.
