I adopted Macaroni from a rescue that used a shock collar on him, who rescued him from a home that abused him. He is a LOT of dog, and requires a lot of attention, training, and exercise. This is not a decision I have come to lightly, but I do Neff a service dog and he cannot serve my needs as such. I will be highly critical of any potential adopters, and would like to be involved in the final decision. This is a part of my family that I'm forced to let go of, not just a throwaway dog.
