Louise is quiet girl whose love language is pets and scratches. She is the kind of dog that will be so rewarding to care for and watch her blossom as she begins to trust you and come out of her shell. And actually, Louise feels even more confident with another friendly dog in her home. She's currently living with a quiet frenchie who gave her plenty of space when she first arrived. And now she's starting to swat at her with her fat paw and try to play! The best part about getting to know Louise is the funny wiggles that start to come out when she sees a friendly face or the peanut butter coming out. She's got the most hilarious wonky nub tail that goes a million miles an hour when she's excited and does the most hilarious zoomies.
Louise would be best in a low traffic, adults only home with a yard. While she is sweet and lovely once she feels safe with you, lots of activity and kids would surely stress her out. We would love for her to end up with a family who wants to experience how rewarding it is to get to know her and expand her world at her pace, without going too fast. Louise is working on feeling more comfortable wearing a harness and leash, so while she is still easing into that, we think a home with its own yard is best. Louise is also living with two very curious kitties and mostly just ignores them.
