Lola is looking for her forever “Netflix and chill” buddy who has an arm strong enough to play tug once or twice a day. Lola lived with the same family her entire life, when she tragically lost her mama. The family did what they knew was best and looked to ABR to help find Lola’s new forever home. Lola is 9 years old and allll sweet, hilarious, sleepy, bursts of play—bulldog… but mostly sleepy. Lola does like to pop up like a seal to give her humans unexpected kisses, has been known to get some pretty explosive zoomies, and gets a little over zealous when taking treats, so a home with children 10+ is advised. Lola previously lived in a home with multiple dogs, and did just fine as long as separated for meals and toy time. She wants her things to be hers, which we totally get. With a slow introduction protocol in place, and separate dining, Lola would be fine in a home with other canines.
Lola’s dream home: adult humans who are totally fine with their dog getting comfy on all of the furniture. Someone who either has a backyard, or a strong arm for walks. No garden hoses laying around! No cats. No stairs. Overall, Lola is a pretty low maintenance bulldog, but will need eye drops and face wrinkles cleaned
