Don't let Liam's pouty face fool you -- he's a happy go lucky, goofy boy who will always keep you laughing. Liam LOVES toys and will toss his squeaky toys in the air or bat his ball around to chase it, if his humans are busy. He also always wants to be wherever other dogs are and is a super social guy. Liam has the funniest stumpy legs on his long, barrel-y body. He's recently had surgery to help with his breathing, and can now go on short walks, but we'd recommend minimal (if any) stairs for him, longterm, to protect his joints. Liam is still very much a puppy, in some ways, but he's very smart and eager to please his humans. We want his forever family to continue to work with him on structure and manners, especially how to be calm and patient when he wants attention. He's doing a great job learning not to jump or mouth when he is feeling playful, and we'd like his family to continue to reinforce these behaviors. Liam also has a ton of puppy energy, so we'd perfer for him to have at least one doggy friend to play with to keep him busy. Lastly, we think Liam would be most successful in a home wihout young kids while he is still a bit of a bully in a China shop who occasionally uses nibbles to communicate his needs. We're pretty sure most young kids wouldn't respond well to being bowled over by a cannon-bull!
