Joy is a very sweet, young, healthy girl that enjoys her doggy friends and has also lived successfully with cats.
Joy was rescued as a puppy covered in mange and very skinny, but fast forward to today and you’ll see that she is a big goofy girl that has no idea that life started out hard for her.
joy was returned to rescue due to her need for a more active owner that has a yard as she would very much benefit from an environment where outside time doesn’t always mean being on leash.
Joy can be a bit over excited on leash so she is learning how to contain that excitement and follow her owner calmly. She responds well to positive reinforcement and fun distractions on walks. But overall she truly is just the loveliest young lady.
Joy is non destructive in the home, enjoys doggy play dates, adores all people, and would love an owner who helps her gain more smart doggy skills as she is a very smart lady.
