Jimmy Neutron is a very special tiny boy, with the tenacious spirit of a lion.  He's overcome so much, and always emerges from pitfalls with a happy, playful attitude.  Jimmy was born with a condition called hydrocephalus, which caused an excess of fluid buildup around his brain.  He will always be a boy who needs an attentive owner who has done their homework and is prepared to provide him with the level of love and care he needs.  Hydrocephalus is maintainable with medication, but will not be curable.  Even when feeling crummy, Jimmy has always been ready to play really puts his (tiny cat) toys through their paces!  He can certainly be a spicy guy, when the mood strikes him.  Jimmy also loves sweet cuddles and kisses - both giving and receiving.  

Jimmy is living with both dogs and cats right now, and doesn't seem to mind either.  However, due to his condition, he is best a home with potentially one other calm dog who wouldn't knock him over or unintentionally injure him.  Needless to say, we'd prefer Jimmy also go to a home without kids.  Our team will also be thoroughly vetting applications to ensure his forever home is eager and ready to provide for all of his needs.  You don't need to have experience with hydrocephalus dogs, necessarily, but please make sure to read up it:
