Jeffy is non-stop FUN all the time! This dude LOVES to play with other dogs, and would wrestle all day if given the opportunity. He's currently bunking with a few other dogs and does a pretty good job reading their signals when they don't want to play, eventually giving up and choosing to snuggle with humans. Jeffy is most definitely a hugger. On his ABR freedom ride, he wanted to be in his savior's lap, draped over her with his head on her shoulder. It really takes him no time to warm up to new people. Because he's such a busy body, Jeffy is working with his foster dad on polite greetings and channeling his energy into playtime or chewing something tasty. Luckily, he's super smart and is catching on fast, so we hope his forever family will continue to work on using positive reinforcement to help him learn structure and routine. Because Jeffy can be VERY enthusiastic about life, we'd recommend he go to a home with older kids, if any, so he doesn't knock a little one over. We also think he does best with another playful dog in his home, vs one who is indifferent or being an only dog.
