Gilly is such a funny, social, and happy dog! She is always so so excited to meet new people and is not a fan of personal space. So if you spend time with Gilly, you're going to get some kisses and she's going to need some hugs in return. Gilly's journey to ABR was pretty traumatic, so we are thrilled that she trusts humans as much as she does. She was left on the side of a busy highway outside of Houston in critical need of medical care. While Gilly still sometimes startles or feels anxious with loud noises, overall, she's a very happy girl who is open to new experiences. She would be an amazing roadtrip companion or would be content to just hang out at the brewery with you and get pets from new friends. Gilly also loves other dogs. In fact, it's been a challenge for her foster family to keep her calm after healing from a surgery with ABR because she wants so badly to play with her fur foster siblings! Thankfully, she's also really happy playing with toys too. Gilly is currently living with kids in her foster home, and is wonderful with them.
