Gerald is truly one of those "once in a lifetime" dogs. We are stunned this boy was found as a stray, and no one came for him, because he is SUCH a wonderful family dog. He fits in seamlessly with any pack of dogs, kids, cats....or any combination of all three! He is polite to other animals, and won't be a playmate, necessarily, but enjoys the company of others. He is currently living with young kids in his foster home and is incredibly gentle with them, yet very aware that they are the droppers of delicious snacks. Gerald also gives the best hugs. We would love to see him go to a family who appreciates having a snuggly boy and will let him spend time with them on the couch. He would be great in a home that has visitors often, as well, since he is great and making new friends.
