Frank was adopted from a very neglectful breeder after he would not take with their female dog. He was still intact when adopted and had very poor hygiene and very high energy. He still had some fear around new people when adopted but quickly formed a bond to me and his fear subsided. He is quite grumpy when being corrected especially if your voice is raised still to this day but after he was neutered his behaviors lessened. He has now bit my girlfriend multiple times when she has tried correcting him for behaviors. He has lived with us now for over two years as well as our other male dog and has never been overly aggressive or fought with him although he does an alpha attitude at times with him. He has gotten along great with other dogs since adopted and got great report cards when boarded. He is very well behaved and welcoming to strangers in public but does have a protective demeanor when people come into the house. I absolutely love this dog and it's breaking my heart to be asking for help but i have to put my girlfriend's wellbeing first and want Frank to have the most fulfilling life possible.
