Tiny Finch was found as a stray and was so happy to be picked up by friendly humans. It's like he had been waiting all his life for the love and affection he was getting and was already leaning into them happily, waiting for pets.
We know that Finch absolutely loves people, running after a squeaky toy, getting couch cuddles, and romping around with his dog friends.
