Ferdinand is a loving and wiggly boy to everyone he meets. He adores people, and spends his day following foster mom from room to room with the cutest curious look on his face. Ferd ended up as a stray in a shelter outside of Austin, and sadly, no one came to get him! While there, he contracted an upper respiratory infection that made it difficult to assess his behavior with other dogs. He's currently in a foster home without other animals, but has generally been non-reactive when he sees them out and about. Ferdinand would be perfect for a family looking for a calm and affectionate bulldog. He would also do really well in a home that has visitors often, given how quickly he warms up to new people. Even on his freedom ride from the shelter, he insisted on sitting on someone's lap and being snuggled, so thrilled to finally have love and attention.
