Felicity was found by a good samaritan barely alive, dragging herself and a huge mass attached to her down a dirt road in the middle of no where. From what we can tell, she was used for breeding multiple litters and discarded when she became sick and was no longer useful (i.e. profitable) to her former owners. Felicity was rushed to emergency surgery to save her life, and is making a beautiful recovery! She is finally getting a chance to be a bouncy, silly puppy herself. Felicity loves playtime with her bigger, fur foster brother and snuggles with her human foster sister. She also enjoys revving up her stumpy little legs for a game of chase around the house. Felicity would do great in a home with kids 6 and up, and because she's apint-sized little tater, can go just about anywhere with her family.
