A panther in a dog rescue?!?
Sleek, shiny, stealthy (ok, for a bulldog).
Ernest would be a giant katto if you squint just right.
Ernest (the name is so on the nose when you hear his story) is ready to be the missing piece to your puzzle.
He was the beloved pet of a single man who was whisked away to the hospital, leaving Ernest patiently waiting for his guy to come back to him.
At LEAST a week later, he was still waiting.
His guy's family did not have the means to care for him, and we could obviously NOT leave him in a shelter, so here we are!
Ernest is polite, potty trained, and so sweet.
He does NOT like to get his feet wet, so note to his new humans.
We need to officially dog-test this guy, but from what we have seen with casual interactions, we think he will be a match for a home with ANY friendly dog!
So, barring some basic vet care, we truly believe this guy will be perfect for so, so many families.
