Dozer is one of those dogs that we can NOT figure out how they end up in rescue. He is GORGEOUS (which really SHOULD NOT MATTER in rescue, but we had to say it ;), SO SWEET, and LOVES his foster sibling and every human he has met. He's young and silly and is all the things we love about bulldogs! He's even perfectly potty trained AND sleeps through the night like a champ. Someone, somewhere, bought him and then dumped him?!?
We do NOT understand humans.
But their loss is someone's gain. Dozer is super smart and should fit perfectly with many adopters.
