Dominic is one of those dogs you'll keep getting stopped over and over again on the street for people to say hi. And actually, he would LOVE that! Dom is a super social, friendly dude who loves to make new human and fur friends. He's great with cats and dogs, and would actually really enjoy having a dog friend who will play with him in his forever home. He's also great with kids, too, given how gentle and easy going he is. Dominic is a total lapdog, so any dog he shares his home with should be ok with sharing their humans' attention. He's easy to walk on the leash, and calm and tolerant of grooming.
Dominic would be best with an experienced bulldog family, given the intense allergies he suffers with. His vet believes there will always be adjustments needed, as seasons change and introduce new allergens, and his forever family should be able to keep up with this both as part of their regular routine and financially. Dogs, especially bulldogs, who are bred to have Dominic's specific features and coat colors tend to have more genetic issues, and Dom's just happens to be very intense allergies.
