*Didier*

Didier is just a simple guy with simple needs, and is looking for a likeminded family who appreciates that in a dog. If a low maintenance companion is what you're searching for, Didier is your guy.  Truly, he's happy with some comfy spots to nap in the house, a backyard with ample sunny spots, and a few fun toys.  He doesn't need walks (counting steps and having to smile and say hi to those annoying neighbors you accidentally made eye contact with...no thank you!) and would rather stay home and snooze than socialize.  Getting him out and about on the leash actually really stresses him out, so we think avoiding this is really the way to go with him.  Didier likes having some toys to play tug with and a few tasty things to chew, and that's pretty much the extent of his workout plan.  Let him live his low and slow life, and you'll be rewarded with a content boy who loves to give kisses and paws at you with puppy dog eyes to get more pets.

Didier had a few surgeries to fix deformities in his back legs. So, he needs to maintain a good healthy weight and stay on pain management meds (plus a good joint supplement) to ensure he can live the comfy life he loves.  And really, these requirements apply to any bulldog, so this isn't unique.  Because Didier is not the exercising type, you can help keep him spry by making sure his portions are appropriate for his target weight and making sure his snacks are healthy.
