Conchita

If you are looking for a super affectionate love bug who adores cuddling with human and doggy friends, Conchita is your gal! One look into her puppy dog eyes, and your heart will break into a million little pieces. Conchita was found in the Rio Grande Valley as a stray in awful condition, clearly used to produce litter after litter for profit without receiving much care herself. A local rescuer brought her to us, and we were so pleased to find that despite humans having done her wrong in the past, she is the most trusting, loving girl. Conchita lights up when she's around other friendly dogs. Her little tail nub wiggles excitedly and she's always ready to greet them with sweet kisses. She's not, so much, a playmate for another dog, as she is a wonderful companion. Conchita is a fairly chill dog, with spurts of energy here and there, especially if it means she gets to go on a walk or eat dinner. She's also been known to work herself up to a steady, quick trot if a squirrel is nearby! Conchita is so gentle and lovely, she'd be great with kids. We'd love to see her go to a home with another friendly dog who appreciates cuddles from a fur friend.
