Billy came to us from a small shelter near Houston, who picked him up as a stray. He was so painfully shy on his freedom ride to his foster home, but soon realized that making new friends could be nice, especially if they have chicken nuggets to share! What makes Billy feel safest is hugs. He loves to be close to the humans he trusts and follows their lead, when it comes to new experiences. Billy is really good about baths and grooming, as well. He is currently not living in a foster home with another dog, but was dog and cat tested at the shelter he came from, and didn't mind a furry companion hanging around.
