Bilbo Waggins is a rare pup, indeed! He is truly one of the most friendly and likable pups we've ever met! His very favorite friends are little ones, though. Bilbo will beeline to wherever there are little hands and immediately offer his belly for pets and rubs. He is vocal when he doesn't like his choice of food offerings and sounds like he says words like "mom", "hello", "I love you", and other words foster mom has yet to translate.
