My name is Bertha, I am HW+, approximately 1 year old. I came in as a stray at BARC on 05/20. I was suppose to be euthanized on 05/24, a nice family adopted me but due to a medical emergency, they are no longer able to take care of me. If I'm not adopted or fostered, the likelihood of being put on the euthanasia list is high. The agency in preparation for adoption has spayed me 05/25 along with my first shot for heart worm is included in my treatment. In hand and already paid for is 6 months of heart guard medication. Bertha appears to have had babies at some point, none where discovered with her. Overall, she is still such a young girl with a lot of love to give.
