Berry is the silliest, most playful girl! She is Iris's biological daughter and loves to share her chews and toys with her mama. She also instantly falls for every human she meets -- everyone is Berry's best friend! She always wants to be the center of attention, and Iris is pleased with napping on the couch and letting Berry shine. They seem to really have a wonderfully healthy relationship.
Berry is housetrained, crate trained, and a quick learner. She's working on kicking some bad puppy habits, like jumping and nibbling on new friends, so we think older kids are best for her forever family. Berry is also not the best at 'reading the room' when other dogs don't want to be pinballed off of and bulldozed into when she wants to play. So, dogs who are equally playful or will correct her while being tolerant of her zoomies, would be best.
Berry and Iris are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. This means that for the sake of their mental and emotional well-being, ABR will not separate them. Berry does seem to get a little stressed when Iris has to go to a vet appointment, but has found comfort in having another bulldog in her foster home to snuggle with when mama is away.
