Archie

Archie is the most perfect, delicious baked couch potato you'll ever meet.  His interests include: being near you, napping, and napping near you.  He's not one for walks around the block, but he can be motivated to interrupt his rigorous sleeping schedule with the right snack or if there are tiny humans present.  This guy loves kids!  Archie also gets along with all animals, and pretty much ignores them.  He's not going to be a wrestling buddy for your puppy, but he's happy to lend a mushy tummy for your dog, kitty, and even house rabbit to curl up next to on chilly mornings.  The only thing that seems to ruffle this guy's feathers is being crated (given how much loves to be with his family), so we would love for his forever family to either avoid using one or work on showing him that crate = yummy, cozy, nap cave. 

We've marked Archie as having a 'medical condition' because he has suffered through overheating more times than he should have, in his senior years.  He luckily survived, but his forever family will need to be extra careful with him during warmer weather.  Luckily, Archie would be totally fine lounging indoors by the A/C all day!
