Adeline

Adeline is a happy girl who loves playing in the backyard and rolling around in the grass on sunny days.  She is a sweetheart who likes to follow her humans around the house, curious about what they are up to.  Adeline is currently living with other dogs, and has a typical, rough and tumble bully play style, so dogs in her forever family should be okay with this kind of play.  She is super smart and very food motivated, so teaching her manners and fun tricks has been a breeze in her foster home.  But Adeline does have a very funny stubborn streak, and will sometimes give her foster mom "the look" to let her know she's gonna do things on her time, when she feels like it. 

Adeline lived outdoors in a past life, and isn't quite used to the creature comforts of indoor life.  She is still getting used to understanding soft beds and that laying on the couch to snuggle with humans doesn't mean she'll get punished.  And she's still working on polite greetings with new people, so we'd recommend kids 6+ for now, since sometimes her enthusiastic hello's might knock a little one over.  Adeline would do just fine in an apartment or a single family home.  She would be amazing in a family who wants to eventually add another dog or try out fostering, too, since she is so welcoming to new dog friends!
