So, you want to adopt an ADORABULL Frenchie (see what we did there )
French Bulldogs are not low-maintenance dogs
They require patience with training, and daily mental and physical engagement, especially when they’re young.
They are playful, opinionated, and full of energy, not couch ornaments.
Frenchies thrive in homes that understand the breed and are ready for the commitment.
Additionally, although SUPER cute and so yummy & silly, most of our dogs have come from yucky backyard greeders and so, will 100% need to have owners committed to their unique long-term care, health, and wellbeing.
Here are just a couple of things that we need to ensure every French Bulldog adopter understands and is comfortable with.
PHEW - that's a list, but these guys are so worth it. Your commitment will be rewarded with the love and joy these Frenchies bring into your life.
Once you go Bulldog, there's no going back to 'regular' dogs
If you're IN, please read on about this gorgeous pup!
Sonnet has just landed in foster care and is getting the TLC that she needs and deserves to feel her best.
We fully expect her to be as lovely as her name might suggest, and we already know a few things about her:
She loves her doggy friends but has ZERO boundaries and no off button, so doggy friends must be of the playful, tolerant, ultrachill variety.
And she NEEDS to be THE center of attention so, they have to be okay to share their humans with a pushy wee little girl!
Little girl also, (thanks to her totally garbage greeding) has hemi-vertebrae, which means her furever family must be willing ot provide any and all future medical care and maintenance for her, and, she is a hard no for life with ANY stairs.
Sonnet IS ready to start her new year with a new family, apply NOW!
Lovely girl is heartworm-positive, so she must stay close to our vets for her treatment.
Don't worry; heartworm infection is way LESS scary than it sounds, and our team will provide all guidance for her care.
