Hey! My name is Cooper and I am seriously as cute as I can be! When I was saved my skin was pretty rough, but my foster Mom has done an amazing job and now I'm looking much better! I take a few days to warm up to new pups, but as you can see, once I do, they are my bffs. I love to snuggle, but I don't mind playing too!
