Freddie is a loving, friendly French Bulldog. He's very happy and craves human attention. He was found with Nina in Oct 2023 near Lake Travis. He is trainable, has learned several commands in the past year: sit, wait, release/okay, etc. He's had a few brief interactions with other dogs without Nina and they went well. To my knowledge, he's never been around other animals.
