Oh boy, where do we begin with the list of our favorite things about Felix?
Tippy top of our list is this guy's resiliency.
First and foremost, this perfect, delightful gentleman found himself at an overcrowded shelter after being (allegedly) hit by a car while out on the street. We assume he was attempting to cross a busy street because he saw a human who might have some pets and snuggles for him.
Luckily, Felix came out of that incident with just some scratches.
Fast-forward, and Felix comes back to us at ABR after being adopted by a family we thought would love him forever.
His return story is HERE.
Felix WAS the calmest, best-behaved guy!
He WAS also very friendly with humans and other dog friends. He palled around with two lady Frenchies in his original foster pack. There was even another dog in his foster home who did not prefer his company, and good boy Felix never reacted to his bluster or sass.
Fast forward to a life of hard knocks, and for now, we think it's most fair to Felix that he gets to be the only dog at home.
He deserves his chance to be the king of his castle, the apple of some lucky human's eye, the whole enchilada to his next family.
Felix does not have the typical low and wide bulldog stance we often see in rescue.
While he is smaller (about 40- 45 lbs), he's leggy enough to walk with you and could live in a home with stairs.
It's probably not surprising that this guy is also perfectly polite during car rides, so he'd be a terrific road trip buddy.
Felix is just such a gorgeous, special boi, so deserving of his happy ending.
We swear we all find him the perfect loving family he deserves.
