Bri

Hi! My Name Is Bri

Good morning, I am reaching out to you as my very last resort. I had taken a bulldog as a foster last year and it was supposed to be a temporary situation and late last year the owner fully surrendered her & left all responsibility on me.
I wanted nothing more than to be able to take her in as my own, but with her behavioral issues and our location it is impossible. She is a sweet and beautiful girl, she loves to love and she loves to be loved, but that Love is only reserved for her owners… All visitors, neighbors and passerby are considered threats to her and she becomes very reactive. Small engines such as a motorcycle or a lawnmower is a trigger for her as well and my Neighbor is a small engine repair man… So you can only imagine how stressful things can get.

She absolutely loves to go on car rides, she loves to go on walks, she loves playing in the water, and she goes crazy over balls. She really does love to cuddle and she plays well with my dog, and it only took a few days for her to play well with a new foster that came into our lives several months after she moved in. I’ve also learned that she only reacts when somebody walks through the front door or knocks, if I put her in the kennel and bring a visitor inside and set them down, she accepts them after being released from her kennel and meeting them.

With her behavioral issues I do not feel confident just rehoming her on my own, I would prefer somebody with experience and understanding of the breed to be conversation teach her who would take a designer breed such as herself to use maliciously. She is not spayed.

Please let me know if you can help me find this sweet girl the loving home she deserves & can stay forever.
