He is very calm no issues with him as far as behavior. He was given to us by a friend he is fixed, but he needs attention as far as people attention and medical. With recent medical bills we have had, we cannot afford proper care for him. He seems to be in bad shape and we cannot take him to the vet, we do not want to see him suffer.
