Maury

Maury is the goodest boi who has landed in rescue through no fault of his own.

Tragically, he lost his owners that loved him since he was a puppy. This has, justifiably so, caused him a bit of anxiety about new situations. Through slow intros and lots of treats, he's become BFFs with his foster brother and loves to hang out with his tiny human and his parents.  He will need someone who is patient to achieve the same situation at their home.

Maury is in great shape, enjoys walks and loves laying on the sidewalk in the sun in the backyard. He can be nervous when he sees other dogs out and about, so an owner who is confident and ready to work to keep his focus and make him comfortable is key. 

Maury isn't the type of dog to overwhelm you with smooches, but foster mom says he is actually a true gentleman with his kisses. He wants to be near you, but doesn't have to be on top of you. He will always be ready to greet you when you return with his big ol cartoon eyes. And because he's a grown ass adult, he can hang out at home by himself and not need to be crated or monitored.
