Tessie sparks joy. She is the silliest girl who is always making her foster family laugh--whether she is trying to get as close as possible to get kisses, rolling on her back kicking her feet in the air, or wrestling with her fur foster brother. She had not been treated well by humans in a previous life, but is still the most loving, happy girl who is always happy to make a new human friend. Tessie is definitley not your typical lazy bulldog, and will need a home with a family who can keep her busy, active, and help her work on some of her left over puppy habits. And because she is still perfecting calm, polite greetings and kissing new friends (instead of love nibbles), we think she'd do best with older kids.
