Banks

Banks has had a number of different owners before coming to ABR, but that certainly hasn't broken his spirit. He is joyful, friendly, and excited to meet anyone he comes across! However, throughout his stays with previous families, Banks never had a chance to learn manners and polite greetings, which is something we're working on with him. Believe it or not, not everyone wants a giant smooshy bulldog bear hug when they try to say hi! Banks is fascinatingly agile for his size. He's been known to bounce from chair to couch and back again at foster dad's, and always sticks the landing. Because he's a big boy who sometimes doesn't know his own size, Banks would do best in a home with a bigger dog and older children, if any at all. He's also had some experiences in his past that require his forever family to be diligent about keeping his toys and chewies out of other pups' reach, should he have a fur brother or sister.
